¿Cuántas veces pensamos en las metas, los objetivos; cuánto tiempo le dedicamos a pensar en ese objetivo? Es decir al Qué. ¿Y cuánto tiempo le dedicamos al proceso o al modo, al camino que hay que recorrer para conseguir objetivo? Eso es, el Cómo. Quizás definir el objetivo sea muy importante puesto que será la razón de ser de nuestra motivación. Pero igual de importante es el proceso y el camino que vamos a escoger. Es importante estar bien orientado hacia el objetivo. Tener consciencia de las etapas y de los obstáculos que nos vamos a encontrar. De las herramientas y habilidades que necesitamos para llegar al objetivo. Cuál es el modo más coste-eficiente además de eficaz. En mi opinión, se debe hacer una lista de estás etapas y de las herramientas y habilidades que necesitamos.

Dialog

Dialog between people is important due to it is the way which human being can share ideas, thoughts or even emotions. Nevertheless, when people speak, do not say everything each other because they have a reason why they want to hide this part of the information or even they lie. Of course it is very difficult to detect when a person lie but normally if we ask the right question we can bring up more hidden information. But what are those quesiton we can ask in order to find out the hidden information. We are going to treat this topic in the next entry in this blog.
