Goals

Don't worry about the goals, enjoy the way  towards it. Sometimes goals are very awaiting to happen but when you achive them, nothing interesting happens but time is gone, because everything happens in the way.

What to learn

"Nothing" is the answer whose is lying.

Dialog

Dialog between people is important due to it is the way which human being can share ideas, thoughts or even emotions. Nevertheless, when people speak, do not say everything each other because they have a reason why they want to hide this part of the information or even they lie. Of course it is very difficult to detect when a person lie but normally if we ask the right question we can bring up more hidden information. But what are those quesiton we can ask in order to find out the hidden information. We are going to treat this topic in the next entry in this blog.

El futuro del marketing

En un futuro, el marketing desaparecerá como departamento aunque no  como disciplina, y emergerá nuevos departamentos que la incorporará para su ejercicio, o, dicho de otro modo, el marketing se reinventará. Del mismo modo que la figura del vendedor también sufrirá cambios importante en sus actividades, dado que un vendedor ha dejado de negociar en sus ventas y ha pasado a ser meros ejecutadores de las estrategias de marketing impulsadas por el área ejecutivo. La habilidad negociadora no está en el vendedor sino en los ejecutivos y directivos.
